Below 100K = 15K
100K to ≥ 150K = 20K
< 150K to ≥ 200K = 30K
< 200K = 40K

We provide a 6-month free replacement for all hires, except when a hire is let go due to company dissolution or redundancies.

Traditional method - not our favorite, but we know some prefer it.

Payment Options
For options 2 and 3 you’ve got the choice of the following:

The invoice is paid in full within 30 days.
Our refund policy is as stated for each option. -
Spread the payment over an agreed timeframe. Replacement policy remains valid unless the candidate leaves within the payment window, in which case subsequent payments are null and void.
