Although he initially left university to pursue Catholicism, he found his calling in selling startup tech.

Joe has experience hiring sales professionals for cybersecurity, fintech, and insurtech, from Account Executives to Chief Revenue Officers.

Whether it's placing into Series B or assembling the first sales teams in the US, Joe has the expertise to recruit top sales talent.

Rosie

Rosie is a lacrosse player and true crime podcast fan. She studied Psychology at university before finding her passion for recruitment.

After a few years in the UK Public Sector, she jumped into the exciting world of startup tech, focusing on hiring top talent from Senior Engineers to CTOs.

Since starting Venture Nexus, Rosie has been all about building early teams and working on hires in tech, marketing, and investor relations.
